Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Unfold pastry sheet on cutting board; cut into 8 squares. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 3
Use tip of sharp knife to score lines 1/2 inch from edges of each square, being careful to not cut through to bottom of pastry square. Prick centres of squares with fork. Brush evenly with 2 Tbsp. milk.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Step 5
Meanwhile, beat pudding mix with remaining milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 6
Spoon pudding mixture over pastry squares just before serving; top with berries.

How to Thaw the Frozen Puff Pastry Sheet
Let the (wrapped) frozen puff pastry sheet stand at room temperature 30 min. or until thawed before using as directed.
Special Extra
