3/4 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 cup frozen mixed fruit (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

How do I make it ?
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.
Spoon into 16 frozen pop molds.
Freeze 5 hours or until firm.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Molds
Hold bottoms of molds under warm running water for 30 sec. Pull gently on pop sticks to release pops.
Substitute 16 small paper cups for the frozen pop molds, and use wooden pop sticks or plastic spoons for the handles.
