These little pops are a delicious and refreshing recipe. Packed with vanilla and coffee flavour, dipped in chocolate and finished off with crunchy cookie bits, these frozen treats are perfect for a sunny day.

1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
2 Oreo Cookies, finely chopped
4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

How do I make it ?
Beat vanilla pudding mix with milk and coffee granules with whisk 2 min. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon into 6 paper cups. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in centre of each cup. Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
Remove frozen pops from cups just before serving; discard cups. Place chopped Oreo Cookies on plate. Melt chocolate as directed on package; pour into small measuring cup or custard cup.
Dip each pop halfway into chocolate; press and roll pops on chopped cookies; place on waxed paper-covered tray. Let stand 2 min. or until chocolate is firm.
