Looking for an after-dinner treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while also serving as a quick pick-me-up? Try our easy Mocha Panna Cotta recipe. Panna cotta means "cooked cream" in Italian. But these creamy desserts are so much more than that. Serving these impressive layered desserts in dessert dishes or wineglasses allows you and your guests to see the layers of the silky vanilla and chocolate-espresso cream for maximum wow factor. The chopped buttery shortbread cookies add just the right amount of crunch to these otherwise velvety-smooth desserts. Try serving them as an elegant ending at your next dinner party. No one needs to know just how easy they were to prepare!
