1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar, divided
3/4 cup Maxwell House Café, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, divided
3 eggs, divided
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup whipping cream

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Microwave 2 oz. chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flavoured instant coffee; mix well. Blend in 1 egg. Stir in flour; spread onto bottom of 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Microwave remaining chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining flavoured instant coffee.
Step 4
Beat remaining sugar and eggs in small bowl with mixer on high speed 1 min. or until thick and lemon coloured. Add cream mixture; mix well. Pour over batter in pan.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until topping is set and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely before cutting to serve.

Easy Cleanup
Line empty baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Prepare, bake and cool brownies in prepared pan as directed. Run knife around edges of brownie to loosen from sides of pan. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting into squares.
