1 large sweet potato (1 lb./450 g), cut into chunks
1 Yukon gold potato (1/2 lb./225 g), cut into chunks
2 cups small cauliflower florets
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cooked
3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Cook potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until potatoes are very tender. Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with asparagus.
Step 3
Microwave Cheez Whiz in large microwaveable cup on MEDIUM 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min. Drizzle over asparagus.
Step 4
Drain potato mixture; return to pan. Add milk and butter. Mash until vegetable mixture is desired consistency; spread over asparagus.
Step 5
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
