12 slices firm white bread
12 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices
6 slices deli Black Forest ham (85 g)
6 slices deli turkey (85 g)
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. icing sugar
6 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Line pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray foil with additional cooking spray.
Step 2
Flatten bread slices with rolling pin to 1/8-inch thickness. Top each with 1 cheese slice, and 1 ham or turkey slice. Fold in half, then place folded sides down in prepared pan.
Step 3
Whisk eggs, milk, mayonnaise and mustard until blended; pour over folded sandwiches.
Step 4
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Step 5
Heat oven to 350°F. Bake Monte Cristo loaf 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Remove from oven; let stand 10 min. Use foil handles to remove sandwich loaf from pan; place on serving plate. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with jam.

If you don't have a rolling pin, you can instead flatten the bread slices by placing the bread slices in a single layer between 2 sheets of parchment paper on kitchen counter. Place cutting board over bread slices, then press firmly until bread is flattened to desired thickness.
