1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey

1 pkg. (397 g) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

Step 1
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add turkey; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add coleslaw blend; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in hoisin sauce and vinegar; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until slightly thickened.
Step 3
Spoon onto lettuce leaves; roll up. Top with onions.

Note
If needing to serve fewer than 4 people, cool, then refrigerate the leftover cooked turkey mixture. Serve over cooked rice noodles instead of wrapped in the lettuce leaves, if desired.
