1/2 cup Kraft All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup trail mix with almonds, raisins, cranberries and pistachios

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Mix flours, baking powder and soda. Gradually beat into peanut butter mixture until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 9 to 11 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
