Step 1
Trim and discard ends of potato. Cut potato into 4 (1/4-inch thick) lengthwise slices; discard any remaining potato pieces.
Step 2
Toast potato slices, in batches if necessary, in toaster set on highest heat setting 8 to 10 min. or until tender, repeating toasting cycles as necessary until potatoes are done.
Step 3
Spread potatoes with cream cheese product; top with bananas and nuts.

If you have a toaster oven, you can instead use that to prepare these fun breakfast treats. Heat the toaster oven to 400°F, then use to toast the potato slices, in batches if necessary, until tender. Top with remaining ingredients as directed.
