4 chicken leg quarters (1-1/2 lb./675g)
4 cloves garlic
6 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
1/4 cups blanched whole almonds
1/4 cup dried apricots
2 Tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup couscous

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Place first four ingredients on baking sheet. Brush chicken with dressing. Bake 35 min. or until cooked through (165°F); adding almonds and dried fruit for last 5 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook until softened, 3 to 5 min. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 min. Fluff and add garlic, spices, almonds and dried fruit from baking sheet. Serve chicken on top of couscous.
