2 cups plain croutons, divided
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
1 boneless leg of lamb (3 lb./1.4 kg), butterflied

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Reserve 1/4 cup croutons for later use. Combine remaining croutons with cheese, chili sauce and mint.
Place meat, cut side up, on work surface; spread with crouton mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side, being careful to completely enclose filling; tie closed with butcher's twine. Crush reserved croutons; sprinkle over meat.
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160ºF). Let stand 10 min. Cut off twine before slicing meat to serve.
