4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garam masala, divided
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/4 cup Philadelphia Dill Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Place fish in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan lined with parchment paper; brush with oil. Mix 1/2 tsp. garam masala and next 4 ingredients until well blended; sprinkle over fish.
Step 3
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, cook cream cheese product, yogurt and remaining garam masala in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice. Keep warm.
Step 4
Transfer fish to platter; drizzle with half the sauce. Sprinkle with dill. Pour remaining sauce into bowl. Serve with fish.

Use Your Barbecue
To cook the seasoned salmon on the barbecue, heat barbecue to medium heat. Grill salmon 10 to 12 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 6 min. Serve as directed.
