1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground pork
1/2 cup each finely chopped celery, fresh mushrooms and onions
3 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
12 oven-ready cannelloni pasta

Step 1
Cook meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet until meat is done, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min. Meanwhile, cut bread into small pieces; place in medium bowl. Add milk; stir to evenly moisten bread pieces. Let stand until ready to use.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350ºF. Add parsley, egg and bread to meat mixture; mix just until blended. Combine pasta sauce and water; pour half into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Fill cannelloni with meat mixture; place in prepared dish. Top with remaining pasta sauce, being careful to completely cover cannelloni. Cover with foil.

Bake 45 to 50 min. or until heated through.
