1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced cremini mushrooms
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) cannellini beans, rinsed
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched and cut into 1-1/2-inch lengths
1/4 cup Renée's French Onion Dip
2 tsp. each zest and juice from 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 5 to 7 min. or until mushrooms are golden brown, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last minute.
Step 2
Add beans; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add dip, lemon zest and juice; mix well. Cook and stir 1 min.
Step 3
Sprinkle with parsley.

Special Extra
For a crunchy finish, prepare recipe as directed. Spoon into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Heat broiler. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter; mix with 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs. Sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Broil until golden brown.

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese before serving.
How to Blanch the Beans
Add beans to saucepan of boiling water; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or just until bright green in colour. Drain, then immediately plunge beans into bowl of ice water. When completely cool, drain beans and pat dry.
