6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g), cut crosswise in half
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) cremini mushrooms, quartered
3 cups pearl onions, peeled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (680 mL) Catelli Thick & Chunky Tomato Basil Blast Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. each chopped fresh basil, parsley and thyme

Step 1
Toss chicken with flour until evenly coated. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned on both sides, turning after 3 min. Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min., stirring frequently to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in pasta sauce and herbs; bring to boil. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
