1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. (450 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (700 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 cup water
9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
1/4 lb. (115 g) pepperoni slices
2/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 6 to 8 min. or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce and water; bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Spread 1/3 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 1/3 each of the noodles, pepperoni and cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce, pepperoni and cheese; cover.
Step 4
Bake 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 40 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.
