6 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 can (235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cook and stir vegetables in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until tender. Cool 10 min.; drain.
Step 3
Unroll dough on baking sheet; pat into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly press perforations and seams together to seal. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon vegetable mixture down one long side of dough; roll up lengthwise, starting at vegetable-topped side. Rearrange log, if necessary, so log is seam-side down on baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before slicing to serve.
