2 lb. (900 g) ground chicken
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce Original
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Rib & Chicken BBQ Sauce, divided
8 Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices
8 kaiser buns, split
8 slices cooked bacon
2 cups coleslaw

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix first 7 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Step 3
Grill 5 min. on each side. Brush with half the barbecue sauce; grill 1 to 2 min. or until done (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce. Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Step 4
Fill buns with cheeseburgers, bacon and coleslaw just before serving.
