1 cup dry white wine

2 lb. (900 g) mussels, cleaned, scrubbed with beards removed

Step 1
Heat dressing in large saucepan. Add sausage, onions and garlic; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally to break up sausage. Stir in wine; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Discard any mussels with cracked or broken shells. Add remaining mussels to sausage mixture; cover. Cook 5 to 8 min. or until most the mussel shells open. Remove and discard any unopened shells.
Step 3
Sprinkle with rosemary.
