Beat cream cheese, sugar, dry pudding mix and 2 Tbsp. butter in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt 1/2 cup of the remaining butter; mix with coconut, graham crumbs, nuts and cocoa powder in separate medium bowl until blended.
Step 3
Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Shape cream cheese mixture into 48 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Roll, 1 at a time, in coconut mixture until balls are evenly coated with coconut mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Freeze 1 hour.
Step 5
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
