Butterflied pork tenderloins are grilled alongside a foil packet of beans and vegetables for an easy-to-make summer supper.

2 Tbsp. each molasses and tomato paste
2 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Original Beans with Pork & Molasses
3/4 cup each chopped green peppers and fresh corn kernels
1/3 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Combine molasses, tomato paste, mustard and vinegar in small saucepan; bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min.
Meanwhile, use sharp knife to make lengthwise cut in side of each tenderloin, being careful to not cut through to opposite side of tenderloin. Open tenderloins so they lie flat; sprinkle evenly with black pepper.
Combine beans, green peppers, corn, chili sauce and allspice; spoon onto large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Fold to make packet.
Reserve half the molasses mixture for later use; brush remaining molasses mixture evenly onto meat.
Grill meat and foil packet 15 to 20 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), turning meat and packet after 10 min. and brushing meat with reserved molasses mixture for the last few minutes.
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Cut slits in foil before carefully opening packet. Serve bean mixture with the meat.
