1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick
3/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup halved onion slices
2 tsp. minced garlic

Step 1
Place steak in shallow dish. Pour 1/2 cup barbecue sauce over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning occasionally.
Step 2
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 13 to 16 min. for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove steak from barbecue; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Cook and stir mushrooms, onions and garlic in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. Stir in remaining marinade; simmer on low heat 5 min.
Step 4
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with mushroom mixture.
