Our cheesecake is an easy no-bake dessert recipe with the classic flavours of raspberries and strawberries. There's nothing like velvety cream cheese and fresh berries together for a perfect dessert recipe.

1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups strawberries, sliced, divided
2 Tbsp. water
1 env. unflavoured gelatine
1/4 cup boiling water, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup raspberries
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder

Step 1
Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In small saucepan over medium heat, cook 1 cup strawberries with 2 Tbsp. water 3 to 5 min. or until soft; set aside.
Step 2
Sprinkle gelatine over boiling water in small bowl; allow to soften and become translucent. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Mix in cooked strawberries and gelatin. Gently fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Top with remaining strawberries and raspberries. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Step 3
Prepare jelly powder following the Quick-Set Method on package. Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
