2 env. (7 g each) unflavoured gelatine, divided
3/4 cup water, divided
32 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 cups carbonated lemon-lime beverage, divided
1/2 cup each fresh blueberries and raspberries

Step 1
Sprinkle 1 env. gelatine over 1/4 cup water in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. or until softened. Meanwhile, combine wafer crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; spoon into 12 (125-mL) jars with lids. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottoms of jars.
Step 2
Bring remaining water and 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar to boil in saucepan. Pour over softened gelatine; stir until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add dissolved gelatine mixture, mixing well after each addition. Spoon evenly over crusts.
Step 4
Refrigerate 15 min. Meanwhile, sprinkle remaining gelatine over 1/4 cup lemon-lime beverage in separate medium bowl; let stand 5 min.or until softened. Bring 1 cup of the remaining lemon-lime beverage and remaining sugar to boil in saucepan. Pour over softened gelatine; stir until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining beverage; cool slightly.
Step 5
Pour lemon-lime beverage mixture over cheesecake layers in jars. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
Step 6
Spoon berries evenly over desserts; gently press berries into tops of desserts with back of spoon to secure. Cover jars with lids. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute ginger ale for the carbonated lemon-lime beverage. Or when serving adults, use ginger beer instead.
