2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

How do I make it ?
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
Combine graham crumbs, coconut, cocoa powder and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Melt 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually blend in milk, then melted chocolate. Whisk in 2 cups Cool Whip; pour over crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over cheesecake. Chop remaining semi-sweet chocolate; sprinkle over cheesecake.

Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 45 sec. or until slightly softened.
For more intense chocolate flavour, prepare using Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate.
