1-1/4 cups graham crumbs

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 2 limes, divided
Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese, sugar and lime juice until blended; spread onto crust.
Step 3
Beat pudding mixes, 2 tsp. lime zest and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip; spread over cream cheese layer in pan.
Step 4
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into 24 bars. Top with remaining Cool Whip and lime zest before serving.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
