1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
2 Tbsp. crystallized ginger
1 Tbsp. orange zest
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
Combine graham crumbs, ginger, orange zest and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture for later use; press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Gently stir in Cool Whip; pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
