1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/4 cups Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, divided
2 cups quick-cooking oats
4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided

Step 1
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
Step 2
Beat butter, sugar and 1 cup peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add oats; mix well.
Step 3
Chop 1 oz. chocolate finely. Add to oat mixture; mix well.
Step 4
Press oat mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 5
Microwave remaining remaining chocolate and peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir. Microwave additional 15 to 30 sec. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over oat mixture.
Step 6
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into 24 bars to serve.
