1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
6 graham wafers, coarsely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
1/3 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam
1 cup raspberries

Step 1
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Step 2
Spoon graham crumbs into 5 (125-mL) jars with lids; top with cream cheese mixture, jam and raspberries. Cover with lids.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour.
