1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1 can (370 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained

2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Combine graham crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add sugar and pineapple; mix well. Gently stir in Cool Whip; pour over crust.
Step 3
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.
Step 4
Top cheesecake with strawberries before serving.

Springform Pan Tip
For easier serving, place the bottom of the springform pan, upside down, inside the outer rim of the pan before locking into place and filling as directed. This eliminates the raised edge around the bottom of the pan making it easier to serve the chilled dessert.
