1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened, divided
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, chopped, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
1/4 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam
1 cup graham crumbs
12 raspberries

Step 1
Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Step 2
Spoon half the cream cheese mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Top each with 1 tsp. jam. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Step 3
Melt remaining butter; mix with graham crumbs. Sprinkle over filled muffin cups; press gently into cream cheese mixture with back of spoon to secure.
Step 4
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Step 5
Remove cheesecakes from paper liners just before serving. Invert cheesecakes onto dessert plates; top with remaining Cool Whip and raspberries.
