Even beginner cooks can make our No-Cook Hawaiian Apricot Jam. Crushed pineapple, dried apricots, sugar and pectin are combined and then poured into jars for scrumptious homemade jam.

1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) crushed pineapple, well drained

1-1/4 cups pitted and finely chopped ripe apricots

3-1/2 cups sugar

3 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit into a large bowl.
Step 2
ADD sugar to fruit and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 3
STIR in liquid fruit pectin and lemon juice. Continue to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours).
Step 5
STORE in freezer. If used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.
