2-3/4 cups prepared peaches (buy about 1-1/4 lb./565 g ripe peaches)
6-1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 pouches Certo Liquid Pectin
1/3 cup lemon juice

How do I make it ?
Peel, pit and finely chop peaches. Measure exactly 2-3/4 cups prepared peaches into large bowl. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
