Savour the taste of summer all year long with our homemade raspberry-peach jam. Bursting with fresh raspberries and juicy peaches, this no-cook jam makes the most of the summer harvest.

What do I need ?

2 cups washed and crushed raspberries
1-1/2 cups peeled, pitted and finely chopped ripe peaches
7-1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 pouches Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit into a large bowl.
Step 2
ADD sugar to fruit and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 3
STIR in liquid fruit pectin and lemon juice. Continue to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours).
Step 5
STORE in freezer. If used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.
