2 cups prepared strawberries (buy about 6 cups strawberries)
1 cup prepared bananas (buy about 3 bananas)
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
1 box Certo Pectin Crystals

Step 1
Hull and crush strawberries, one layer at a time. Measure exactly 2 cups prepared strawberries into large bowl. Peel and mash bananas. Measure exactly 1 cup prepared bananas into bowl with strawberries. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Combine water and pectin crystals in small saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
Step 3
Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
