How do I make it ?

Step 1
Grate rind from oranges, peel, section and finely chop.
Step 2
Grate rind and squeeze juice from limes.
Step 3
Combine prepared strawberries, oranges, rinds and lime juice into a large bowl.
Step 4
Add sugar to fruit and mix well; let stand 10 minutes.
Step 5
Combine water and fruit pectin crystals in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir into fruit mixture. Continue stirring about 3 minutes. (A few sugar crystals will remain.)
Step 6
Pour into clean jars or plastic freezer containers. Cover with tight lids. Let stand at room temperature until set. (May take up to 24 hours.)
Step 7
Store in freezer. If used within 2 or 3 weeks, jam may be stored in the refrigerator.
