How do I make it ?
Measure 1 3/4 cups crushed strawberries into a bowl. Add 4 cups sugar and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in 1 pouch Certo Liquid Fruit Pectin and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, stirring for 3 minutes. Pour into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hrs).
Store in freezer. If used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.
