1-1/4 cups prepared strawberries (buy about 6 cups strawberries)
1/2 cup prepared rhubarb (buy about 1 stalk rhubarb)
4 cups granulated sugar
1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Hull and crush strawberries, one layer at a time. Measure exactly 1-1/4 cups prepared strawberries into large bowl. Finely chop unpeeled rhubarb. Measure exactly 1/2 cup prepared rhubarb into bowl with strawberries. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
Step 3
Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
