2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Add chocolate; mix well.
Step 3
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute 3/4 cup raisins for the chopped chocolate.
Special Extra
Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to prepared cookie dough along with the chocolate.
