Vary the type of sausage and the veggie mix however you like to customize these tasty skewers to your liking. Pour a German beer and enjoy these delicious kabobs with friends and family.

3 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) turkey sausages, cut into 32 slices
1/2 lb. (225 g) red cabbage, cut into 8 pieces
1 Honeycrisp apple, cut into 8 pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 8 pieces
8 Brussels sprouts, trimmed

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix mustard and dressing until blended. Remove half the mustard mixture; reserve for serving with the grilled kabobs.
Step 3
Thread sausage onto 8 skewers alternately with remaining ingredients. Grill 5 min. Turn kabobs; brush with some of the remaining mustard mixture.
Step 4
Reduce barbecue to medium-low heat. Grill kabobs additional 10 min. or until sausage is heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture.
Step 5
Serve kabobs with the reserved mustard mixture.

How to Soak Wooden Skewers Before Using for Grilled Kabobs
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
Make Ahead
These easy-to-make grilled kabobs can be grilled ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. When ready to serve, place kabobs in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 375°F oven 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.
