How do I make it ?
Toss olives, artichokes and cheese with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
Thread onto 8 skewers; arrange on platter.
Drizzle with remaining dressing.

Skewers can be assembled ahead of time. Do not drizzle with remaining dressing. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before serving. Drizzle with remaining dressing just before serving.
