1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool completely.
Step 2
Mix Miracle Whip and basil in large bowl. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour.
