4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 cup Classico Alfredo di Roma 25% less fat Alfredo Pasta Sauce
3/4 cup drained roasted red peppers, patted dry, finely chopped
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Combine pasta sauce and peppers; pour over chicken. Bring to boil on medium heat; simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Add spinach; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or just until wilted, stirring occasionally.

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite hot cooked pasta, such as rotini or penne.
