1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1/2 lb. (225 g) red potatoes (about 3), cut into thin slices
1 fennel bulb, trimmed, sliced
1/2 cup slivered red onions
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 navel orange (unpeeled), sliced
1/2 cup pitted green olives

Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Step 3
Combine potatoes, fennel and onions in large bowl. Add half the dressing mixture; mix lightly.
Step 4
Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake 20 min.
Step 6
Add fish, oranges and olives to baking sheet; drizzle with remaining dressing mixture.
Step 7
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until or fish flakes easily with fork.
