Our One-Pot Chili Mac and Cheese is the mixture between the creamy mac and cheese and hearty chili flavours that you've been craving. It's super easy to make and since everything is cooked in one pot, there's less cleanup.

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (398 mL/141 g) Heinz Chili Style Pinto & Red Kidney Beans
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Brown meat with onions and garlic in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in dry seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.
Add tomatoes and beans; mix well. Bring just to boil, stirring frequently. Stir in macaroni; return to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Top with cheese. Let stand, covered, 2 min. or until cheese starts to melt.

Top with sour cream, and a light sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
