Step 1
Bring broth and water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add pasta; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until pasta is tender. (Do not drain pasta.)
Step 2
Add cream cheese product and spinach; mix lightly. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until spinach is wilted and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Note
Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Stir in small amount of milk before reheating in microwave just before serving.
