1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Add chicken, broth and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in potatoes; simmer 5 min. Add quinoa; stir. Simmer 10 min. or until quinoa is tender, stirring in frozen mixed vegetables after 5 min.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.

Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley to stew along with the frozen mixed vegetables.
