1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 fl oz/796mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
330 g capellini, uncooked, broken in half
3/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Step 1
Remove casings from sausage; crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last minute.
Step 2
Stir in tomatoes, water and pepper; bring to boil. Spoon sausage mixture to edge of skillet. Add pasta to centre of skillet; press with back of spoon to completely cover pasta with liquid.
Step 3
Cover skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 6 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring after 3 min. to combine ingredients. Add cream cheese product, Parmesan and basil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
