1 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
4 slices sourdough bread (1/2 inch thick)
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ham and pineapple; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
Step 3
Heat broiler. Place bread slices in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned. Top with ham mixture and cheese.
Step 4
Broil 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
